Frequently Asked Questions & Help Center | INFINITY GARAGE

Fitment & Compatibility

#1 How do I know if an accessory or part will fit my motorcycle?

Every product page on Infinity Garages specifies the exact motorcycle make and models it is designed for. Look for the "Bike Compatibility" badge on the product page. If your specific bike model is not listed or if you ride a modified machine, reach out directly to our technicians on WhatsApp with your bike details and photos for a guaranteed fitment check before placing your order.

#2 Are installation guides or hardware bolts included with the parts?

Yes! All crash guards, radiator protectors, tail tidies, and levers come packed with all required stainless-steel bolts, spacers, washers, and bracket hardware. Where applicable, digital step-by-step installation guides or video links are provided.

Orders & Payment

#3 What payment methods do you support? Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

We accept all major UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Net Banking, and select EMI options via secure 256-bit encrypted gateways. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes with a small verification advance to prevent bogus courier returns.

Returns & Warranty

#4 What is your return or exchange policy if a product arrives damaged or does not fit?

We offer a hassle-free 7-day replacement or return guarantee for any manufacturing defect, transit damage, or verified fitment discrepancy. Please record a quick unboxing video when your package arrives and share it with us on WhatsApp or email at sales@infinitygarages.com for instant replacement approval.

#5 Do products carry a warranty?

Yes, all branded parts (exhausts, suspension, electronics, auxiliary lights) carry their respective manufacturer warranty (typically 6 months to 2 years). Infinity Garages custom crash guards, tail tidies, and cnc billet components carry a 1-Year structural weld & bend warranty against manufacturing flaws.

Shipping & Delivery

#6 How long does shipping take, and which courier partner do you use?

We dispatch 95% of orders within 24 hours of confirmation. We partner with Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC Express. Delivery to metro cities typically takes 2-4 business days, while tier-2/3 cities and remote regions take 4-7 business days. You will receive real-time SMS and WhatsApp tracking links as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

#7 Do you provide Express or Overnight Shipping?

Yes, expedited air express shipping is available for urgent track days or weekend rides on select accessories. Select Express Shipping at checkout or contact our logistics desk on WhatsApp for same-day dispatch assistance.

Workshop & Custom Work

#8 Can I get these parts installed at your physical workshop?

Absolutely! If you are located in or visiting Bangalore, you can pick "Workshop Pickup & Fitment" at checkout and bring your motorcycle to our performance garage at No. 88, Racing Track Road, Indiranagar. Our master mechanics will fit and torque-spec everything to perfection.
